Located right on the town line and just down the street from Prost Wine Bar & Restaurant, the cottage offers a peaceful country setting with convenient access to Round Top’s renowned antique shops, boutiques, galleries, and dining.
Wake up to the sight of Texas Longhorns grazing in the fields and enjoy the charm of ranch living just moments from town.
The Longhorn Cottage accommodates up to three guests, with a primary bedroom featuring a queen bed and private en-suite bathroom with a shower, and a second bedroom with a twin bed. A separate bathroom with a shower is also available.
A compact kitchenette includes a refrigerator/freezer, microwave, and oven. Please note that the cooktop is currently unavailable for use.
The cottage has an adjoining wall with the main house, which is also available to rent separately. The cottage is entirely private, offering guests their own independent space. Whether visiting for the famous antiques shows or a relaxing country getaway, Longhorn Cottage offers a comfortable base for experiencing the unique charm of Round Top.
Rates & Availability
Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 60 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued. Grace period with free cancellation (no cancellation fees or partial refunds possible) for 24 hours after booking if arrival is at least 7 days away at time of booking.
Rates vary by season, with higher pricing during the spring and fall Round Top Antiques Shows. A two-night minimum applies, with longer stays and off-peak bookings considered upon request. Cleaning fees and taxes apply, all pricing is provided transparently at booking. Priority is given to longer stays and returning guests. About the Owner
My husband and I are local residents of Round Top, with a population of 90. I have dual careers as an international flight attendant and in the construction and design field, combining my passion for design, hospitality, and adventure. Living and working in this charming Texas town, I’ve witnessed it transform into a hub for antiques, arts, and culture. Together my husband and I have renovated or built 9 farmhouses in and around the town. Our best work is the Luxury Liesel Farm wedding and event venue just 5 miles from the town center. When I’m not soaring the skies, I love sharing my insider knowledge of the best local spots, from hidden gems during the Round Top Antiques Show to cozy farm-to-table eateries.
